How to Lose Weight God's Way

Expose the Root and Begin to Lose Weight God's Way

Decide to lose weight God's way and go for it. It is not God's will for your life to be hindered and shortened by unwanted weight gain. God wants you trim and healthy. He has given you the solution to this weight problem in His magnificent manual for healthy living, the Holy Bible. In the Bible, God comes right to the point and exposes the root cause of most of our problems, that opening just below the nose, the mouth. The mouth, unchecked, is capable of doing so much damage to your inner image by speaking negative words. Negative words can also create destructive habits, like overeating. So, let's see how to lose weight God's way.

How To Lose Weight

The Solution

How to Lose Weight God's Way

Proverbs 18:21a says, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." So, to attack a deep rooted weight problem you need something very powerful. The Word of God. Hebrews 4:12 says it all, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

So, I am going to help you. I have created a small block of statements based on Philippians 4:13. You will speak this scripture based declaration out loud before each meal. Immediately after you make your affirmations, you will release your faith by thanking God for giving you victory concerning your eating habits. Then, ask God the Father in Jesus' name to bless your food and go ahead and eat. You'll be on your way to losing weight God's way.

Your Declaration

Here is your faith declaration you will speak and declare before each meal: "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Therefore, I will eat moderately and healthily. I refuse to overeat. Body, I command you in Jesus' name to eat correctly in a way that pleases God and you will not sit after each meal, but do something active for twenty minutes to burn off the unwanted calories. I enjoy eating nutritious food, eating moderately and getting the correct amount of bodily exercise. Soul, I command you to obey this faith declaration in Jesus' name."

The key to your success will be your diligent commitment to do this every day and not just when you feel like it. Aside from making these declarations before eating, I suggest you do this at least an hour a day at a time set aside for just making these declarations. Why at least an hour? Because you want to see results sooner than latter. Right? Remember, the Word of God is like a hammer and you want to hammer away at any stronghold of doubt, unbelief or anything that would hinder your results from being manifested.

And of course, make sure your doctor sanctions your after meal twenty minute exercise.

If you will do this consistently and in faith and be patient, you will lose unwanted pounds. Why am I so sure? Because God and His Word never fail. Enjoy your new and healthy life as you prove "How to Lose Weight God's Way" really works!

Remember to always walk in love and forgiveness towards everyone, always obeying God's Word so you don't hinder His perfect will for your life. But if you don't read His Word how will you know what to obey? Please read His Word daily so you will know what to obey, thus fulfilling His will for your life.
